A. What “custom + anodized” includes
- Section drawing approved → trial sample → bulk extrusion → cut / punch / deburr → anodize lot → QC → ship.
- Anodizing gives a hard, even metal skin—good for black line trims in lobbies and stores; natural anodized stays the default for price-sensitive jobs.
- Groove width still follows your LED strip: most projects use 8 mm, 10 mm, or 12 mm inside the channel—custom anodize does not change the mechanical width; we control color lot and edge quality after finishing.

B. Material mix (body + cover)
- Aluminum body: 6063-T5 (typical) for stable extrusion and machining before surface treatment.
- PC / PMMA cover: matched from our catalog—frosted / semi-clear / clear depending on hotspot control.
- Matching: ask for color coupons before the main anodize lot if you must align handrail metal or shopfront trim.
