Aluminum carries heat from the LED strip along the full length; a good LED aluminum profile channel is also the straight rail for the tape and the registered track for the 扩散器. For strip lighting, you usually pick a shallow U for cove and cabinet, or a wider body when you need more lumen and a bigger heat path. - Recessed — Mill a slot to the flange width; only the lens line shows.
- Plaster / trimless — Use the same section from the drawing, but add the plaster lip version if your project is trimless line (separate SKU in catalog—ask on email).
