The aluminum LED channels used in our production are mainly made of primary aluminum and high-purity recycled aluminum in our factory:
A. Primary Aluminum
Definition: Aluminum alloy materials (such as 6063 aluminum rods, profiles, etc.) produced by smelting and extrusion processing using 100% A00 primary aluminum ingots as raw materials, with alloying elements such as silicon and magnesium added. No recycled waste aluminum components are added throughout the entire production process.
Core Features: Uniform composition, impurity content ≤0.2%, stable mechanical properties, which can meet the strict requirements of high-end industrial, export and engineering scenarios. The price is 500-1000 RMB per ton higher than recycled aluminum of the same grade.

- Primary aluminum production lines of large aluminum profile enterprises (such as Fenglvy, Jianmei, Xingfa, etc.), focusing on high-end engineering and export orders
- Medium-sized manufacturers specializing in primary aluminum alloy processing, supplying industrial profile customers with high quality requirements.
B. Recycled Aluminum Ingot
Definition: Aluminum alloy ingots produced by sorting, smelting, impurity removal and composition adjustment using recycled waste aluminum as the main raw material. They can be directly used for processing aluminum rods, profiles or castings, and are a category of aluminum raw materials strongly encouraged by the national dual-carbon policy.
Core Features: Production energy consumption is only 3%-5% of that of primary aluminum, carbon emissions are only about 10% of that of primary aluminum, and the cost is 800-1500 RMB per ton lower than that of primary aluminum ingots. The impurity content ranges from 0.2% to 1% depending on the raw material grade. Qualified recycled aluminum ingots produced by regular manufacturers have performance close to that of primary aluminum.
Main Sources:
- Standardized products of large domestic recycled aluminum enterprises (such as Liyuan Group, Yiqiu Resources, Shunbo Alloy, etc.), which can generally provide material inspection reports
- Small and medium-sized recycled aluminum processing plants in Dali, which mainly use locally recycled construction profile waste aluminum as raw materials, supply small and medium-sized customers in low-income countries, and have cost-effective prices.
The PC lampshades of our LED aluminum channels are made of top-tier PC raw materials from Wanhua Chemical, a leading Chinese chemical enterprise. Wanhua Chemical has advantages in industrial chain integration, providing cost-effective products including medium and low viscosity PC and flame-retardant PC substrates, which are widely used in the LED lighting industry, home appliances, electronic housings, daily products and other fields.
